{"id":1435,"date":"2020-03-23T10:44:02","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T10:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cabrerarodriguez.com\/?p=1435"},"modified":"2020-04-24T11:52:23","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T11:52:23","slug":"credit-and-financing-lines-for-companies-smes-and-self-employed-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cabrerarodriguez.com\/en\/credit-and-financing-lines-for-companies-smes-and-self-employed-workers\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Credit and financing lines for companies , SMEs and self-employed workers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear clients,<\/p>\n<p>Following the communication sent by our Director, we will now explain in detail the\u00a0measures\u00a0taken\u00a0concerning credit and financing lines for companies, SMEs and self-employed workers.<\/p>\n<p>As we mentioned in previous communications, Royal Decree-Law 8\/2020 of 17<sup>th<\/sup> March incorporates a series of measures designed to facilitate access to financing lines to relieve the economic effects of COVID-19, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A line of guarantees to be granted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, for companies and self-employed workers, which will comply with the European Union regulations, with the following detail:\n<ul>\n<li>Financing must be granted by credit institutions, financial credit establishments and payment institutions.<\/li>\n<li>The Ministry may grant guarantees of a maximum total amount of 100,000 million euros. This is a guarantee offered by the State to private financial institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applicable conditions and requirements to be met will be determined by Agreement of the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ICO (Official Credit Institute) financing credit lines for companies and self-employed workers. The ICO net debt limit is extended by 10 billion euros.
