Last weekend a series of measures on labour matters were approved, specifically:
On Saturday, the Royal Decree-Law 9/2020, of March 27, was published in the Official State Gazette, which contains a set of complementary labour measures to those already approved in Royal Decree-Law 8/2020.
Likewise, on Sunday, Royal Decree-Law 10/2020, of March 29, was published, which regulates a recoverable paid leave for employed persons who do not provide essential services, in order to reduce the mobility of the population in the context of the fight against COVID-19.
In this sense, you will find enclosed a summary note of the most significant measures taking into account that, foreseeably, the adopted resolutions will be followed by other complementary or explanatory ones and as soon as they are published, we will inform you in due course, for your knowledge.
